Business-to-Business Complaint Registry

Supported by the Malaysia Digital Chamber of Commerce (MDCC)

This form is designed to facilitate the submission of complaints related to business-to-business transactions, providing a formal and documented channel to raise issues for resolution and escalation if necessary.

This registry is managed by PEMUDAH – Technical Working Group on Financial Services, and supported by Malaysia Digital Chamber of Commerce (MDCC).

    All information submitted will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of resolving the complaint. MDCC and PEMUDAH do not guarantee enforcement but will facilitate engagement between parties where possible.
